Elixir Rewards is our way of thanking you for shopping with us. You collect points when you join, when you shop and on your birthday, and you turn them into savings on future orders. Please read the terms below to see how the program works.
1. Earning points
- Purchases: you earn 1 point for every $1 you spend.
- Welcome bonus: you receive 50 points when you create an account.
- Birthday bonus: add your birthday under My account > Points & Rewards and we add 200 points on your special day.
2. When points are added
Purchase points are added to your account as soon as your payment is confirmed and your order moves to Processing. You can see your balance at any time under My account > Points & Rewards.
3. Redeeming points
- 100 points = $5 off a future order.
- You need at least 100 points to redeem a reward.
- Choose your reward under My account > Points & Rewards and use it at checkout. Each reward is applied as a discount on the order.
4. Cancellations and returns
If an order is cancelled or refunded, the points earned from that order are removed from your balance.
5. Who can take part
The program is open to customers in the United States. To see and use your points you need an Elixir Perfume account, so we recommend creating one with the same email address you use at checkout. One account per person.
6. Other terms
- Points and rewards have no cash value and cannot be sold, transferred or exchanged for money.
- We may remove points that were earned through fraud, abuse or multiple accounts.
- We may update or end the program at any time. Changes will be posted on this page.
