Burn begins with cherry and saffron, a pairing that is sweet and spicy at the same time. Within minutes leather moves in, joined by olive, apricot and osmanthus, which has a soft, suede-like fruitiness of its own.
The base is simply woody, dry and clean, so the cherry never gets syrupy. It is a bold scent for evenings out, and two sprays are plenty.
Because the cherry is dense, apply it to pulse points and let it settle for ten minutes before going out. It lasts a long time and leaves a noticeable trail, so it is not the best choice for small, crowded rooms.
